Your Visit

To enjoy your experience as much as possible, please read our policies and tips. We want you to leave feeling lightened and renewed, and anxious to come back again!

Your appointment: You will get a text/email reminder of your appointment. First-time guests need to pre-pay when booking, for our safety. After that we welcome and appreciate Venmo payments when possible. Please do not arrive early for your appointment. If another guest is booked before you, they will be there until the end of their appointment and it takes our entire in-between time to prep for the next client. For the purpose of keeping contagion risk to a minimum we aim to only have one guest at a time. Please make sure you have filled out your intake form online before your appointment so we don’t have to spend any time during it to fill out the form. If you have any symptoms of illness or infection please reschedule.

What to wear: You will get the most out of your massage if you disrobe entirely. Your privacy is our top priority and you will never be fully exposed. If you are not comfortable with that and would like to leave your underwear on then please do so! Let us know if you would like your glute muscles worked on over your underwear, underneath/rolled as needed, or skipped. We want you to feel safe and relaxed. It is also helpful to remove jewelry and have your hair loose. If you would like to remove makeup, we have wipes for you, as well as body/deodorant wipes and other products to freshen up before or after your session.

Signature upgrade: If you are wondering if you should upgrade your session to include the infrared sauna check out these benefits: eases joint stiffness, boosts metabolism and immune system, improves circulation, reduces stress, burns calories, reduces cellulite, lowers blood pressure, detoxes skin, improves sleep, reduces fatigue. So many great reasons to give yourself this extra care!

Zero Gravity Chair: Our chair allows you to lie back and take all the pressure off your body. You can run it with the massage feature, or without. Several clients enjoy spending time in our unwinding room, letting go of stress, anxiety, and pain. Utilizing the chair and sauna will give you great in-between massage appointment results as well as after your massage. And don’t just stop with massage–check out our many other bodywork services.

Pregnancy/Postpartum: If you are pregnant please be sure to indicate it on your intake form, put the number of weeks’ gestation in the notes. We can use our pregnancy pillow system to help you comfortably and safely lie prone until about the last month or so, when side-lying may be more comfortable to you. If you are postpartum we can provide towels or whatever is needed to help with leaking. If needed, you may bring your baby with you and we will work around their needs as well.

The Office: Our office is located in the Park Building at 90 W 200 S #4 in Heber, Utah, between the Wasatch Wave and the northwest corner of the city park. There is an entrance on both the south and north sides of the building, you may park on either side. If you enter from the north, the office is on the main floor, to your right. If you need help finding it feel free to text for help: 435-709-2775. We keep the office completely clean and wiped down before and after every appointment. The entire set of bedding is removed, including the skirt, with a fresh set of everything for the next appointment. All used linens are washed and all surfaces get disinfected. All of our equipment and supplies are top of the line including organic lotions and oils, luxurious sheets and blankets, plush robes, the best table and cushions, and all the extra little touches.

The Cost: We have priced our services to be similar to those charged by other offices in the area, but we have added extra value to your appointment to give you even more for your money. On top of that, our prices include the tip already so that no cash needs to be brought, appointments can be pre-paid, and to give us the opportunity to give back to our community. We keep 10% of all of our revenue to use to reduce the cost for those who are unable to pay full price. We believe everyone deserves to be taken care of regardless of circumstances.

For many, they may wonder why bodywork seems so expensive for “an hour of work.” The typical cost for education is around $15K and averages 30 full time weeks. We only want the best in our office so between the cost of training, equipment/supplies, childcare, and all other expenses, we have invested about $50K to start this business. For every client it takes about 15-20 minutes to get the office cleaned and ready, and every client results in a full load of laundry which wears out from frequent washing and has to be replaced. We use a lot of lotions, oils, and other products. We have to pay self-employment tax, rent, and all other expenses.

Providing massage is also very physically exhausting. We are taught to get 1 hour of massage for every 10 hours we provide if we want to have longevity. Most therapists aren’t able to keep up with that, which means they will have a short career when it catches up to them. This is why it costs more per hour to get a service like this than what a typical employee may earn working for someone else. We do hope you feel that our treatments bring a great value to your life and are worth the investment. Just reach out if you are in need of receiving a lower price. As long as this isn’t taken advantage of, and our office is able to be sufficient, we will continue to provide this opportunity.
